Their sales in their product line Polar Office Products has continued to increase through the economic downturn while other larger office supplies dealers such as Staples Business Depot and Office Max which operates Grand & Toy have reported decreases in sales during the same period.

"Our Territory Managers have been having a lot more opportunities from companies who would have not even considered changing suppliers a year and a half ago." Large office supplies dealers have been forced to lay off thousands of employees over this last year but White Paper Co. hasn't considered decreasing their sales force and has even hired employees who were laid off by Grand & Toy and Office Depot.
